It is with great sadness that I announce that as of the end of services, July 15, 2017, that we have ceased operations in Middletown. Our Middletown congregation was fortunate enough to have held services at the building at 705 Moore Street since the group's inception in the mid 1980s. Shortly after inception, our group bought the building. Our attendance peaked in the 1990s at about 50-60 before entering a slow decline down to 3-5 in our last few months. Tom Kauffung was our minister for much of our existence and faithfully served until the end. We look forward to the return of Jesus (whenever that is - Matt. 24:36) to rule the earth with righteousness. Until then (or until the end of our physical lives), we are to grow in grace and knowledge, doing good works, preaching the word as a witness and warning (Matt. 28:18-20), until our Master comes.
